It looked like an old boretti bbq grill when i brought it to these guys, believe me when i tell you it has been in closet with all grease and dust for a year. I was expecting a judgmental look, but the team was so sweet. They told me it will take a day to get it back to life and they did. It was spotless with no grease. The response time was fast and they had texted me when my barbque grill was cleaned and ready to be picked up. These guys would be my to-go for bbq grill cleaning and if you are looking for bbq grill repair in Dubai, i would recommend them!

I explained the air conditioning issue to them in detail with a video and asked them to send a technician who is knowledgeable about fixing the problem. However, after two visits—and paying service fees and for spare parts that the AC didn’t even need—the issue was still not fixed. I requested either a refund or that they send a competent technician who knows how to repair the AC, but my request was ignored and I received no response. I do not recommend this company’s services to anyone. If they provide you with any service, make sure to receive a payment receipt immediately, because they will not send anything via WhatsApp.
