Fantastic experience! Steve was great to deal with, he had a look at what we needed gave us a few options to consider, and all the information that we needed to come to a decision. He gave us a good quote, and was rock solid in maintaining the exact price quoted. Great communication before, during and after the job. The installers were amazing! Pride in workmanship for sure. They came earlier than expected when they had a cancelation and did the expected 3 days work in 3 days, just like we were told. No before photos, but we were replacing OLD equipment and the years of people working on it made it into a real big job. It was a mess for them to get through. And wow does it ever look good!! The guys were friendly, clean, respectful and trustworthy. Two furnaces and on-demand water were a big decision for us, but these guys made it totally easy and so worthwhile. So glad we went with Tombari for this job.

Very happy with Tombari HVAC. Steve came out explained the ductless heat pump with multiple heads, no pressure fair price answered all my questions. honest man right away you can tell. Spencer and Jeff did the install. Polite on time worked hard all day. One head in living room one in each bedroom upstairs lines outside tucked in nice. My wife she said the house was more clean when they leave than before they come! Whole house warm now no cold spots and air conditioning ready for the summer too. so quiet you barely hear it. good local family business with good italian name right here in the Sault. Honest people fair price beautiful work. bravo Steve Spencer and Jeff! highly recommend Tombari.
