I had my brake hoses replaced and the team was very thorough and professional throughout the process. Marcello, the business owner, personally took the time to explain that they re-bled the system again to ensure all the air was properly removed, and the brakes now feel solid and correct. Daniella at reception was also extremely helpful and kind, with great communication from start to finish. I really appreciated the care, transparency, and attention to safety. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, great team, and quality workmanship! I had my C43 AMG serviced at Alan Lennox Motors on 30th September 2025, and I’m very happy with the overall experience. The customer service was top-notch, and the workmanship was excellent. everything was done professionally and with care. A big thank you to Suzzanna and the rest of the team for being so friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with. The location is also super accessible, and I really appreciated being offered a courtesy car at short notice, which made things so much easier. The only small point of feedback would be that I would’ve appreciated if the car had been left clean on the inside. Overall , a satisfied and returning customer!!! Thanks team Alan Lennox.
