Someone broke into my car and shattered the passenger window, so I brought my car to EXPRESS GLASS for a replacement. Sam did an amazing job, super fast(same day!!) professional, and the quality of the work is top-notch. He even noticed the trim piece needed replacing and took care of that too. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs auto glass repair!

I had my wife’s Mercedes GLA windshield replaced by Express glass , and Sam was looking after this. Sam did a good job , Professional , courteous, fast efficient service. Called on Wednesday , his team helped sort out the insurance processing , and booked my car in on Thursday. Work started at 1:45pm and car was ready at 3:45pm. They even provided a free new set of wipers. What’s really worth mentioning is length at which Sam went out to get the wipers done properly. The complimentary wipers he provided for my Mercedes was a Bosch OEM one, and he had to order it in. But somehow they didn’t fit properly because of one locking clip that broke. He requested me to go get the broken clip from Mercedes and he will fix it. It ended up where Mercedes does not sell the clip alone but sells the whole wiper blade system which slides on the arm. When I picked up the blades at the dealer , Sam told the parts person to put it on the company charge acct. Really appreciate the goodwill and committed service Sam provided. Excellent honest business service. Would definitely recommend Sam and his team for windshield replacement.

I had a stone chip in my car and stopped in here. The service was amazing. They even stayed 30 minutes past closing so that I could make it to have my stone ship repaired. It only took 20 minutes and Sam was professional and very friendly highly recommended
