Happy Home Electric

I called on Monday for an electrician to come out and check my appliances. I was given a window of 9am-2pm Tuesday for the tech to arrive. By 2:45pm Tuesday, no one had called or shown up. I called and the tech I spoke to said that all of the tech's were running behind and they would get to me that evening. At 6:15pm, I got a call that said they weren't coming tonight and they would come Wednesday instead. I told him that I had canceled appointments and rearranged my schedule so that I could be available for their FIVE hour window. If they were going to be late or cancel, they should have called to let me know! I also told him that if they were going to come tomorrow, they would have to do better than a 5 hour window. He said he could give me a 2-3 hour window if I called him in the morning. I called Wednesday morning, and said I was available any time after 3pm. He said that was fine and that he would be there between 3pm-6pm. That was the last I heard from him. No one showed up. I ended up hiring another company.

I had the most wonderful experience with Murhaf (Moe). Moe was the Electrician sent to my home after my phone call to Happy Home Electric. Moe was prompt an thorough and the experience was so pleasant, that I called the office and requested that Moe be the person to complete the work at my home. The office sent Moe the next day and I could not be happier with the workmanship and professionalism exhibited by Moe throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend Happy Home Electric to anyone needing electrical work. I would also say, to ask for Murhaf (Moe), he is awesome!!
