Belgrave Pizza House

Highly recommend!! We ordered three vegan pizzas tonight via the app (vegan cheese is a special note as they have it advertised on the window but not on the apps yet). It was absolutely delicious, creamy cheese and soooo much of it!! The zucchini on the vegetarian was so fresh and base delicious almost a wood fired type of dough. Garlic pizza was crispy and fresh. Napoli sauce on margarita was also really nice. Can't wait for them to have some veg "meat" options on the menu.

Not only did my pizza look burnt and unappealing, it tasted terrible. Worst pizza I've ever had! Never again.

This place is an absolute dump and feels like it’s been abandoned since the 1980s. The entire restaurant looks yellowed and filthy, like the walls have been stained by decades of people smoking inside. Nothing looks clean, nothing looks maintained, and nothing about this place feels safe or professional. It genuinely looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in years. The level of uncleanliness is beyond disgusting. The floors, benches, and counters are grimy, and there was visible old, mouldy-looking food sitting under the counter area. That alone should be enough to shut this place down. No food business should be operating in conditions like this — it’s revolting. The staff were just as bad as the environment. Completely unprofessional, unfriendly, and careless. No one seemed to care about hygiene, customer service, or even basic effort. The whole operation felt sloppy and incompetent from top to bottom. The owners were rude and hostile, acting like customers were a nuisance instead of the reason the business exists. There was zero respect, zero accountability, and zero pride in what they’re running. And the food? Absolutely terrible. Low-quality, badly prepared, and honestly disgusting considering the state of the place it came from. After seeing how unclean everything was, eating the food felt like a mistake. This is easily one of the worst food establishments I’ve ever stepped foot in. It looks outdated, filthy, unhygienic, and completely uncared for. Belgrove Pizza House feels like a time capsule of everything wrong with old takeaway shops that never evolved, never cleaned, and never improved. Do yourself a favour and stay far away.

Been a long time customer here, always happy with the food i receive and all staff members are happy and helpful! One of the cheaper pizza places around but is still top quality. Definitely would recommend

We ordered a few dishes and the calamari and chips took forever to arrive. And then when it arrived we noticed that it was frozen calamari and chips, most likely purchased from the grocery store. Have some dignity with your service and the level of food you serve. If you dont have fresh calamari in stock then say so. Don't make customers wait forever and then charge $26 for a frozen dish. Unethical.

He goes above and beyond to make sure every order is spot on, and you can really tell he takes pride in his work. Not only does Billy know the menu inside out, but he’s always happy to recommend the perfect pizza or sides depending on what you’re craving. His service is fast, reliable, and always delivered with a smile. You can see how much he values both the food and the community—it’s rare to find someone so consistent and dedicated. If you’re in Belgrave and want great pizza with outstanding service, ask for Billy. He’s an absolute legend and a big reason why Belgrave Pizza House is such a favourite!

I had an amazing experience at Belgrave Pizza House The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and excellent service. Definitely a 5-star experience—I’ll be coming back again soon!

Going Gluten free isn't fun. Most places I go to had less then alright gluten free pizza. But this was so good. Tasted like pizza should taste. Wish there were more pizza shops like this my way. Or even one.

The pizza and pasta were excellent. Rich flavors that truly reignited our taste buds and made the meal memorable.

We ordered takeaway food based on the price board in the shop, after paying we realised we were over charged. Went back to the counter to query the price and we were advised those prices are 10 years old, Manager comes over and advises “we will change the prices on board now”!! Highly doubt nobody has queried the over charge in 10 years.. wow.. regardless of how good or bad this food is, definitely won’t be back or recommending to others.
