R&M Roadside and Fleet Vehicle Mechanic Service

Fantastic service. R&M Roadside and Fleet Service will be my go-to mechanic anytime I’m in the Nashville area. I’m an owner-operator running a 2024 Western Star and a 57-foot Utility dry van, and I had a driveairbag break up north during a snowstorm that needed to be replaced fast. I contacted R&M, and they agreed to meet me at the Love’s truck stop in Nashville. From start to finish, they were outstanding. Their knowledge of trucks is top-tier, and they went far above and beyond anything you’d expect from a roadside mechanic. This is truly a full shop on wheels — they had every tool and piece of equipment needed to do the job right. They didn’t just replace the airbag; they also helped me reconnect my trailer and made sure everything was adjusted and working properly before I rolled out. Exceptional service all the way around.
