J septic services and drain feild replacement

We had a MESS! We eventually found out that the outlet pipe had somehow pulled away from the septic tank by about 3-4 inches. This was allowing solids to bypass the trap and go directly into the drain field. We have no clue how long it was separated. We called late on a Saturday afternoon (after calling MANY other "24 hour" septic companies only to be told they dont work weekends and will "get to us one day next week"). He showed up and spent about 3 hours diagnosing and fixing the pipe issues. He was upfront with us, telling us that depending on how much "material" had gotten into the system, we may have other issues. Little did we know that what we thought was a small issue turned into a VERY LARGE problem. We ended up having to have a complete drain field replacement. The price was reasonable. The service was excellent. From the time we discovered the first issue, to the completion of the job was less than a week! I would HIGHLY recommend J Septic for anything from a simple pumping to complete replacement!
