Wish I could give less. After talking to 3 different people, disrespected by the owner because of a simple question, and told multiple different numbers to move in, I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE. $2700, $3100, $3500? If they think a single apartment in there is worth $1350 a month, they need to do some serious remodels. Not just paint over mold and lay new flooring. This place is unsanitary. The news has been there as well as the health department. Reaks of mold throughout the building. For the owner of a building to belittle or try, saying I’m insulting is comical. “3 apartments available” show us 1, old tenants stuff was still in there, another was occupied by her then the third was already taken. I knew someone being charged $450, maybe $600 max for a 1bd there. Same exact apartment a year later going for $850-900? Get real. No one was on the same page or could give the same answers. Everything I’ve heard and have been apart of from this place is beyond professional

I really miss living in these apartments. This was my first apartment of my own, and the only reason I left was because I had to go to another town for college. The management and maintenance are both very friendly, and the rent was extremely reasonable. The apartment itself was pretty small, but like I said, the rent was ridiculously low, and I know they have other units that are much bigger as well. I never had any problems as far as appliances were concerned, and the only thing that needed repair was a broken blind when I first moved in (which was fixed very quickly!). I truly think this apartment complex is underestimated, and I highly highly recommend everyone giving them a try!
