I had an excellent experience with this garage from start to finish. They fixed my car quickly and professionally, and the quality of the work was outstanding. What really stood out was the customer service — Jo, Jack and the rest of the team were friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure.
It’s rare to find a garage that combines great technical skill with genuinely amazing service, but this one absolutely does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will definitely be returning in the future!

My Mazda mx-5 drivers side window opened then wouldn’t close. Typically it was raining and I had nowhere to put the car under cover. I called the garage I bought the car from, but they were less than helpful. I phoned Villa Street Motors who maintain my other car. Jo was so helpful and offered to store my car under cover until they could carry out the work later in the week. Later that day I got a call from Jo saying that they had managed to get the parts required, fit them and my car was ready for collection.
Brilliant service and lovely people to deal with.
