Used Mini X to repair my foundation after a leak occurred in my basement, which was finished. Upon his arrival, he was very knowledgable and provided answers to my many questions. He was very punctual, very professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful beyond my expectations. During that stressful time for me, he must’ve answered multiple repeat questions. He was very patient and understood the stress involved. I am very thankful for having found him. I used him for three more foundation cracks that we found around the house, which I just moved into. Since the repairs, we have had rain and thaw, and the repairs have held up perfectly. You can’t go wrong with a 20 year guarantee that is transferable. We highly recommend using Mini x foundation. Ben was professional, knowledgable & a great comminicator. He found a solution specific to our home & wet basement issues we were experiencing. We greatly appreciated having all of our questions/concerns heard out and that Ben took the time to explain everything we needed to know about our wet basement problems. We remained happy throughout the process & are very satisfied with his work. Posting this review only a few days after the job was completed, so the waterproofing hasn't been fully tested as of now, however we are quite confident that we will not be experiencing any wet basement issues moving forward. We had a problem with water infiltration. Ben Tuck figured it out so quickly. He and his son worked quickly, efficiently, and did a great job to remedy the problem. What I liked most about this company was that they didn't try to sell us a high priced solution that we didn't need. Estimate was reasonable. Minimal wait time to get it done. This approach was greatly appreciated. So much so, that we hired them to do extra work to encapsulate our crawl space after the emergency fix, just for peace of mind. All in all, a fantastic, ethical compancy. Our basebent is nice and dry, no issue with recent torrential spring rains! Highly recommend.
