Totem Lake Auto Care

After calling three other shops in town, I found Totem Lake Auto Care for a brake job — rotors, brake lines, the works. Caleb was the only one who was upfront about parts and labor costs from the start, which I genuinely appreciated as someone who has worked on his own cars extensively. Totem Lake Auto Care now services all of my vehicles and my family's as well. They've gone out of their way to source hard-to-find parts, and more than once they've handled unexpected repair issues well beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. This is exactly the kind of shop you tell your friends and family about — one you can actually trust. I recommend them without hesitation.

Fantastic experience with Caleb and the crew. We have all our cars serviced at Totem Lake, 3 Lexus SUVs ranging from 2005-2018, as well as an 2009 Civic. They are honest about the issues, fair in pricing and get the cars out when they promise. We will only bring our cars to Caleb!
