My wife and I have recently purchased a home from Elliott and his company the truth we had a major issue with the home that we bought from his company, but Elliott stood by his word and took care of everything that he said he would take care of and made everything right He always stayed in contact with me through the issue that we had to let me know every step that was being made to correct a problem never let me worry in my mind that he wasn’t on top of it. It’s actually been a pleasure dealing with With Elliott and his company, I have nothing but positive things to say And would recommend anybody to SHP Companies Thank you, Elliott for everything Could not have asked for a better experience

Elliot he has been very helpful and has stood by what he says but purchasing a home as is and the problems we see in the home not being listed or voiced before buying there not much I can do now. The thing I have a major problem with is how much I’ve had to put into the house I purchased after I purchased. It was supposed to be a complete renovation but the longer my family and I stay here the more we notice how fast and how cheap they completed the home as well as the negligence their contractors had when renovating the home. I have had to put thousands of dollars into the home to fix the contractors mistakes and it’s still going up. So all I can say is make sure you pay attention to what they do and really look into the homes before purchasing because what we paid for our home does not reflect what we’re having to spend to fix the mistakes.
