The owner is nice but his drivers are incompetent... no sense of urgency.. I would not recommend them doing the repairs ..way to expensive and if they do that job with the urgency they showed me in my situation...you might as well pack a bag because you are.not.going anywhere. And at 1400 for a short town they seem to think their doing you a favor. I will walk next time. To bad the owner is a nice guy and getting a bad rap.

Ford called twin states after my grandma's car broke down. They had a tracker to show how far they were, but randomly the tracker was turned off. Ford kept telling my grandma that the tow truck should be there any minute. Both my grandma and Ford tried calling the tow company and they wouldn't answer. They left her on the side of the road for over four hours before she finally called another tow company. After the other tow company had already arrived Twin States called and said he was 15 minutes away - now his tracker was showing again and it showed him an hour and thirty five minutes away. If you can't come at LEAST have enough respect to cancel the tow and not leave a 75 year old woman on the side of the road !
