City View Commissary

Even though we didn’t end up renting from City View Commissary, we felt compelled to leave a review because the experience and customer service were truly exceptional. The venue itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, and thoughtfully maintained. & a kitchen space could be included in the rental. It’s the kind of space you can easily imagine transformed for a special event. But what really stood out was CJ’s kindness and humanity. We had just lost our wedding venue only weeks before our wedding. An incredibly stressful and emotional situation and CJ was beyond understanding and compassionate. He was willing to work with us, took the time to listen to our needs, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Even more impressively, he went above and beyond by connecting us with another venue that ended up being a better fit for our wedding, even while we were actively touring his space. That level of integrity, empathy, and genuine care is rare. City View Commissary is not only a lovely venue, but it’s run by people who truly care about others and that matters. We’re incredibly grateful to CJ and highly recommend City View Commissary to anyone looking for a space and an outstanding team behind it.

I have been using this commissary for my food truck business for three years. I am very satisfied with the convenience, cleanliness, spaciousness, and fair pricing. The kitchen is large, and with two dishwashers available, I’ve never had any issues sharing the space with other vendors—it’s stress-free. Since security staff regularly patrols the area, I can also leave my truck overnight with peace of mind. Although the location on Treasure Island may seem a little inconvenient, the area has been developing recently. During breaks from kitchen work, it’s nice to have nearby cafés and other activities within reach. The commissary manager also listens to feedback from tenants and works hard to make daily use more comfortable. The other vendors are all great people as well, and we often exchange business information. It feels like a real community with a very positive atmosphere.
