I had the pleasure of working with Josh as my insurance claims adjuster. He helped me recover 4 times what insurance was offering. This involved water damage to my property. Josh was extremely diligent and moralistic in how he worked, ensuring that no stone was left unturned, and that documentation was extensive. After I paid his fee for winning such significant awards claim money, I had another lawsuit come up a year later that concerned my prior claim with a third party. Josh was instrumental in providing me with the information to properly address the situation and was even willing to testify on my behalf. Thankfully, and due to Josh's instruction, the case was dismissed. Josh got nothing for this and I am so very grateful for his help. He does a great job negotiating with the insurance agent and gets the customer the maximum claim benefit possible. Friedman Construction recently replaced my roof. This was my first experience with a major construction project on my home, with the added bonus to work with our insurance company, neither of which most people look forward too. Unless, you are one of the lucky ones to work with Friedman Construction and Tim Greene. Tim worked with our insurance company with ease, which made it a breeze for me! I was only needed to release the funds with a 2 minute phone call, and he took care of the rest. No kidding, I never placed a single call to anyone! This past winter was full of crazy weather, which led to rescheduling a few times, but my patience definitely paid off. The finished product looks perfect, the workers were polite and on time. I was very happy with the work that Friedman did in replacing my shingles. Tim Greene from Friedman was very helpful with the insurance part of the repair and making sure the shingles were installed correctly. They were finished in one day which included removing, replacing, cleanup and haul away. I found almost no debris in my yard. I would highly recommend them.
