Abbey Platinum Master Built

We have constructed and purchased two homes with Abbey Platinum. They were fantastic to work with through construction to completion. We had never built a new home before but they walked us through everything and made sure we understood. Any questions or concerns we had through the whole process and even after we took possession were addressed. Everyone has been great to deal with, very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The team treated us so well and really made this an easy and enjoyable experience. The homes turned out so nice and exactly as we pictured. Thanks again to this team for everything! This is far overdue. My family and I bought an Abbey Platinum show home at the beginning of 2025 in Sylvan Lake. I’m not writing this review to talk about the beautiful open concept and intricate detail of the fireplace and mantle in the living room, and unique butlers pantry. I’m not here to talk about the mass amount of floor to ceiling storage that keeps our home organized and clutter free, the enormous windows all over the house that let us see every sunrise and sunset, or the built in dark wood bench at the front entrance and mud room that many have positively commented on. I could go on and on and on about these things but I won’t. What I do want to rave about is, when we first moved in, we knew we wanted the basement developed as my husband and I work from home and needed the extra space. Due to some of our money being unexpectedly tied up from the sale of our previous home and the miscommunication with our lender, Terry and the team at Abbey worked out a generous payback system. This was a HUGE blessing to us as this allowed for a lot less interest to be paid from us and Abbey and Terry took us on as a risk. As soon as papers were signed, we had a contractor in the next day! Project manager Bruce, scheduled all the contractors with such finesse that we only had a handful of days where no one was here working from start to finish! That is unheard of with contractors and I couldn’t gush more about what an amazing job Bruce did! All the contractors hired were respectful and friendly and worked tirelessly to get the job done! Also, a big shout out to Steve who did our walk through of the house when we bought it and the walk through of the basement when it was finished! He had things replaced in the home that he thought weren’t up to the Abbey Platinum standard. Steve is a gem of a human being and we are thankful he’s a part of our new town! We’ve been here for 9 months and my husband and I tell each other how much we love this home every day! Thank you for providing us our dream home and making every step of the construction effortless!
