Queen of Towing worked hand in hand with Navy Yard Wrecker Service to help me out of a difficult situation while in DC! She was very professional and patient! Not only did she manage my vehicle with care, but has continued to work with me as the insurance company handles the damages of my vehicle. Thankful for the speedy assistance and response! Top Notch service!! 5 Stars all the way!

This place is NOT 24-hours towing company the website is a FRAUD! The company play games with your car and keeps your car to run up the storage fees! Do not have your car towed here the company is a Hot MESS! Queen of Towing is open Monday thru Friday closed on the weekend! I left messages on the answer machine they act as if they never received it! 24/7 weekend towing when I called they didnt answer! My cell phone can prove it!! I drove to the ratchet company to get info about my car. Trust me they do not answer the phone this why i drove there! The area was not the best! Customers beware this place is a hot mess! I drove there twice taking my items out of the car and not once did they ask for ID. Good luck if you need a tow they don't answer the phone and if they do good luck the business is ratchet!
