The massage felt quite nice, and the massage specialist was very friendly! My issue comes with payment— I booked a deep tissue massage, and asked for the $70 one hour service. The price is confirmed in their pamphlets at the door and on the counter, as well as a special on their google page. When the massage was over the price was raised to ninety, after which I was asked to tip. I offered the 100 flat, but was then told tip had to be 20%. While the massage was amazing, I can’t continue patronizing if the price isn’t clear.

This is the most bootleg Massage Place I’ve ever been to. I’ve been getting a massage since I was in my early 20s and I promise you this is the worst place to get a massage. I went here on a whim because my back was killing me. I should’ve known better going to a place with a three point something review. And that review is actually gracious considering how terrible this place is. Let me start by saying that I wanted a deep tissue massage and right off the bat it’s supposed to be $70 per hour for 60 minutes. I go in she comes in. She then proceeds to tell me that it is an additional $20 for hard pressure. I said OK. She proceeds to Massage. It was not at all a deep tissue massage. So basically I paid $20 for no reason. Then at the end of Massage and I get ready to pay. She asked me for a $20 tip. When she really deserved five dollars. I told her I was going to give her 10 and she negotiated for for 20. I said I will give her 15. Just so I can get out of there. She then tells me that it’s an additional five dollars to run my credit card. Then she said I can pay her by Zelle. So I proceed to pay her by Zelle. She puts her boss on the phone on FaceTime. And then has me standing there waiting for her boss to approve the Zelle. I sent the Zelle and I guess they wanted to make sure that it goes to her account and she proceeds to hold me there. So that I wouldn’t leave until the Zelle went through. She literally held my arm so that I wouldn’t leave. Unbelievable! So terrible and ridiculous. Buyer beware, do not go to this place! The worst!

Booked deep tissue but pressure was very light. At checkout I was pressured to increase my tip and discouraged from using my card due to added fees. I won’t be returning. I can tell they’re in business at this moment for monetary gain only while professionalism and service delivery is not top priority. Total $114 from a $90 service that wasn’t even priced correctly on service price list it say $70/hr deep tissue but verbally it’s $90/hr.

This is the greatest massage you'll ever experience. Very professional and therapeutic. I left my pain and stress behind. If you're in the DVM..... stop here! Unbelievable!!

Wonderful ladies. Beautiful facility, very clean and it's convenient off Richmond Hwy. When I first arrived, I was greeted like I was expected and treated like a king. Terrific English skills and strong hands. My back was hurt years ago and just after 90 minutes, this little lady and her magic hands had me standing straight without nerve pains. Better than my chiropractor and I'm gonna tell him. Price is good too.

I’ve been to this massage business and highly recommend it. The place is very clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I’ve known the owner personally for a long time—she was actually a customer of mine before—and she’s always been kind, respectful, and hardworking. Even though her English isn’t perfect, she always tries her best and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are comfortable and satisfied. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her customers.

What a very warm and beautiful environment created by Ms Joyce and Ms Nancy at Art Massage. Each masseuse has excellent skill and treats their client with special care. This is a great place for an incredible massage.

They will steal from you. I dropped my sand dollar pendant on the floor when I put my necklace on and noticed it was gone when I got in the car and asked them about it they said it was not there. They cleansed the room. That is the only place it could be. I put my necklace back on before I got dressed. Wow !!! I will never go back.

Amazing massage experience! Calm, peaceful space and the most skilled, caring therapists. I always leave feeling relaxed and recharged. Highly recommend Art Massage!

They don't understand what a tip is. I offered a 14 dollar tip on a 90 dollar massage. The lady said "25% or it least 20 dollars". I had asked chat gpt before tipping, what to tip on a 90 dollar massage, it said 14 was fine. I give this place 4 stars because it was a good massage and I did enjoy my time there. It was worth the money. They just need to understand tip etiquette. I would have come back a few more times had they not breached etiquette.
