I went there to get help with an eviction, Sandra helped me, I don't think she knows what she is doing when it comes to an eviction, she told me to go to the city, and she gave me documents from housing, when I told her about it, she was very rude, saying well if city told you to go to housing, then you go to housing. Like I didn't waste my time going to the wrong place, very unprofessional. But yet she charged me $ 180 just to send me to the wrong place. What a disappointment! And her attitude is the worse! Hopefully the other ladies that work there know what they are doing.

At first Sandra was on top of everything thinking she was being helpful but after a while she stopped answering my calls and would only call me to give me news and charge me for more work and would convince me that extenting the case will help me but only so she can continue charging me for any little thing.i spend over $5k just to try and get my daughter away from her moms abusive boyfriend.I lost my emergency custody of my child for wrong information she had given me. Will never go back to her
