I contacted Downunder because I needed an urgent visit as my ducted air conditioner had stopped working. Jake came the next day, identified the problem and gave me a quote to repair it and to replace the old unit with a new one. I was impressed by the quick response and professional service and advice. I am happy to recommend them to others .
