We recently moved to the area and, instead of buying a house, we decided to build. One of the major things that needed to be done was installing a septic system, so we started searching for a good, reliable septic installation company. We searched online and spoke with many friends and different builders in the area, and they all gave us the same answer: Rock Solid Septic and Excavation LLC. We met with Ivan, and he went over everything and explained each step of the process in detail. We decided to move forward and got the job scheduled. The night before the job started, Ivan reached out to let us know the crew would be there at 8:00 a.m. They arrived exactly as promised and completed the job in a very professional manner. The price was very reasonable, but most importantly, we wanted someone who would stand behind their work and answer the phone if we ever had questions or concerns down the road. I had a fairly complicated set of issues that included my septic tank being partially under my house. Rock Solid found the tank when others couldn’t, pivoted on the spot when further complications arose, worked with me to give me options within my budget, and completed the job in far less time than I expected. I was so impressed with how the team was able to recommend a new course of action after discovering that things were much worse than we thought, and do all of it without blowing the budget. This has been a three-year nightmare that Rock Solid solved in four days. There is so much I could say about what they’ve done well. They did big things, like maneuvering the excavator in an incredibly tight window between my house, a fence, and multiple trees, and took a tree down and hauled it off themselves because they knew they had the capability and it saved me money. They did small things, like climbing on the scoop to take down my kids’ hand-painted birdhouse before removing the tree, or trimming back limbs on a different tree while leaving just enough space for my kids’ tree swing, even though it made it harder to maneuver the excavator to leave part of the limb in place. They even interacted with my kids when they went outside to “supervise” and made them feel special. My 5-year-old, while mesmerized by the excavator digging outside his window, told me, “It’s like they’re giving us kindness.”

Great experience with Rock Solid! I called Ivan late last night about some issues with my septic tank backing up and he was here FIRST thing in the morning.
