I called in good faith to have laser to treat my snoring and reduce it and I spoke with the owner and he guaranteed me that I would see a significant reduction in snoring. So I paid for a 5-6 treatment package some $1800- and 6 months down the track NOTHING has changed at all. The only difference is that Ive lost $1800- and achieved nothing. I don't mind paying for a service that works but this clearly does not work at all it's a scam in my opinion. I spoke with the owner and explained it all and he said something else must be causing it and I've changed not a single thing. He did offer me 2 complimentary treatments but I refused as the treatments do not work so why do something that doesn't work?? It's very disappointing being scammed by a procedure that achieves ZERO / NOTHING so if you're here for anything to do with snoring, avoid it at all costs. Doesn't work and than when you discuss the reason why it didn't work it must be something else that I'm doing.. Go figure it's me not the treatment right.. Do with it what you will with my feedback. ** Update Review ** Very interesting response and so full of incorrect accusations Matthew. So to clarify this is the discussion on the untruths that you've posted. I snore I do not have obstructive sleep apnoea, i do not have constant coughing and nor do I have asthma so I'm extremely intrigued where you came up with these apparent issues of mine as you're not my physician nor are you a physician. Now you did offer me 2 sessions which I mentioned above and yes I refused them as your process doesn't work and is quite painful and very uncomfortable. There was never a threat of any review or my money back and I will discuss this with my lawyer next week as this is false and not of my character. YOU offered me a refund of $250- and I said yes fine send it through and when you saw my review you said that it was conditional of me removing my review which was not discussed at all and if you like I'm happy to post your email clearly showing what was discussed and there was no mention of any review. You did in fact increase the offer to $300- refund if I remove the review. To this i said NO you keep your money my review stands and is factual so you're the one that attempted to blackmail me by paying me to remove an honest and accurate service review. So it is your methods that are a little shady in this fact that you want to pay me to remove a review is not very Australian is it Matthew it actually comes across as very sneaky. So to this I said no thank you keep your $300- I'd rather let people know what they're NOT getting for a very expensive service that in my experience does not work. I consider this the end and if you continue with your untruths I will take this to the next step which will be legally for defamation.
