I had a really great experience with Capbros. Their customer service is excellent, responsive, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping you out. Charles did what he could to get me te best deal possible for the part I needed. He also made the process incredibly convenient by dropping me off at work and picking me up once my car was done. That level of service is rare and made everything so much easier. I honestly can’t recommend this shop enough.

I had a great experience with Capbros AutoBody and would definitely recommend them to anyone!! A bunch of roofing material fell on my car during the wind storm we had and it completely ruined my hood. I searched online and it said it could take 3-5 days, which was an absolute nightmare as my vehicle is my only means of transportation. We came across Capbros online, not only were they super accommodating by their schedule flexible for me, the repair was done over the weekend and they did a fantastic job and their prices are very reasonable! My car looks brand new. I honestly could not be more thankful!!

Great team over at CAPBROS! They came recommended after I was in an accident as I didn’t realize I could have my car repaired at any shop I choose not just what insurance recommended. My vehicle was flawless after repair, Charles did an amazing job. Great communication throughout the process I was always kept informed and updated. The service was personalized and one on one not like some of the chain body shops I’ve had to deal with in the past.

I don't do reviews anymore. However I broke that rule to give a 5 star rating to Capbros. I appreciate their honest reliable service. They were able to get my Nissan repaired within a day so I didnt have to take additional time off work. Their quote was also reasonable. There were no hidden fees and they were very communicative and responsive to my emails. Also they are off 170 st which is very convenient for anyone living on the north or west side of the city.
