ERS Biomedical is phenomenal in terms of customer interaction, quality and professional service, follow-up and follow-through, and making every effort to help and serve. Rocky has been so very kind and helpful in every way. At no charge, they listed a piece of equipment and helped me sell it. Before this I have purchased equipment and had it serviced and shipped back to me. I highly recommend this business!!

ERS Biomedical has by far the best customer service as well as tech service I have ever experienced by any other online company I've dealt with. Their service tech Dan ALWAYS has the most detailed explanations when I need any assistance. Their website is easy to navigate and they always have the parts we need on hand and ship the same day we order them. I cannot say enough good things about them, however; I can say that I wish more companies would run their business like they do. They know exactly what they are doing without exception. I highly recommend them for any and all your technical needs!!! Use them once and you will never go elsewhere.
