It was very challenging to find a builder that would sit down with us to truly understand our vision, especially during a construction boom. Jason met with us and provided a professional presentation of how he conducts business, and constructs a turnkey home from the ground up. We had met with quite a few builders in the area that are, to put it simply, only interested in turning out quick builds for extreme cost, and without concern for quality. Some builders wouldn't even meet us to listen to what we wanted unless we met a certain budget threshold that satisfied THEM. This was NOT the experience we had with Jason Burgess. In fact we were leaning towards holding off on a build this past year until we sat down with him. The pride Jason takes in quality workmanship is evident, as well as his willingness to work-in last minute creative details at our request. He is also available to communicate, and he immediately responded to each and every concern we had throughout the whole process. The communication alone is a really big deal with a ground up complete custom home build. We felt involved with the build, which alleviated the general anxiety that comes with the process. With so many builders out there, that just want to put the house together quickly and not pay attention to the little details, or listen to your questions and concerns. Jason and his team were there every step of the way building this home and making it quality yet still keeping it my budget. His communication throughout the building process was out of this world whether it was texts, emails, phone calls, or communicating through his builder app was exceptional. From taking a Floor plan that I had found to building it and customizing it to make it my own Jason was there and made sure that we were still in budget and did not sacrifice any quality throughout the entire home. He built my home directly behind my old existing home, even with the challenge of having an existing home 12ft off the front of the new home he took the challenge and ran with it and build a fantastic home and the execution behind building the home with an old home directly in front of it I’m positive that most builders would not have taken that challenge and Jason knocked it out of the park!
