Undoubtedly the best place in Pangrati for Pilates and functional training. Sofia has a long and distinguished career in Pilates, and the quality of her services truly reflects that. The small group sizes allow trainers to give personal attention to every trainee. Even after just a few sessions, I’ve received valuable feedback on fundamentals that no one had ever pointed out before. The space is impeccably clean, with a minimalist design that creates a calm atmosphere and helps you focus on your training. Highly recommended!

Excellent Pilates and functional training studio in Pangrati, Athens! I do functional training with Marios, and the classes are excellent. He is a true professional with a very individual approach, adapting all exercises to each person’s level. As a beginner, this makes me feel comfortable, safe, and motivated during every session.🤗 I also attend Eva’s Pilates classes and really enjoy them — she explains everything very clearly and creates well-structured, comfortable classes in a warm and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended!❤️🙏🏻
