I recently called Casey, the owner of CRAMT, to look at a problem we were having with our septic system sump pump. He came that same day (even though it was after hours) and debugged the system, then patiently took the time to answer ALL of my questions and educate me! Two days later, Casey’s son Michael came out for repair and would be joined by his brother Anthony. These young men did an exceptional job. Further, they understand the importance of working for their father and his business. The end result: exceptional character doing exceptional and high quality work. If you are searching for high quality work where you are getting the integrity of a family owned business, CRAMT is it. I strongly recommend them!

I'm a new customer. I use Cramt for my septic service maintenance contract (county required). Each interaction I've ahd with them so far, they have been communicative, hard working, and very helpful. (I asked several Q's as they performed an service/inspection) I've worked/communicated with Kelly, Casey, & Michael and all three have been wonderful. They are reasonably priced, but if they were higher priced, I'd pay more for their service. Very happy with them.
