Woke up without heat, temperature was in the 50’s in and -8 deg outside. Called my HV/AC Co. After 4 hrs with no response I called Mattawan Mechanical. They called back immediately on a Sunday at 7 AM, had a Service Technician here in 2hrs. Blower bearings wore out. I purchased a new Trane Furnace, it was installed two days later. Excellent service, great technician team, and a quiet, clean, warm environment was created. Best home investment I have made!

Of course my furnace would act up going into winter... I called Mattawan Mechanical & Austin came out the next day. Unfortunately, he could not repair my existing furnace. By the end of the day, James came out to take a look & give me quotes on a new furnace, and I decided also to replace my central air, since I knew it had a leak & used the old freon that is difficult to get. They had me scheduled within the week to replace both. Jacob & Dylan (I think thats who they both were?) Arrived within the stated time window, (which was only an hour comapared to the 4 & 5 hour windows most places give) bearing a dozen homemade cookies! They worked quickly & cleanly & had everything done within about 4 hours. I was walked through everything that was replaced, what to expect, etcetera. I would highly recommend them. Now, let's talk about those cookies, because THEY were delicious! Only wish I knew what flavor the frosted sugar cookie was! Thank you for being so efficient & having GREAT customer service. That right there is hard to find these days!
