Unhappy with the service provided. Reserved a vehicle on a Tuesday, was told I would be sent pictures that same afternoon as it had just finished being valeted, and there were no pictures on the ad at this point. Agreed to collect the vehicle on Saturday. Did not receive any pictures, had to chase this up on Friday only to be sent poor pictures that were taken in direct sunlight. Double checked the condition over the phone and was told this was in excellent condition. I then arrived on Saturday to find the car had been extremely poorly cleaned, and the vehicle was not as described, see attached. This isn’t how you would expect to find a vehicle that is less than 4 years old with 70,000 miles on the clock. Despite these issues, they were unwilling to negotiate on the price at all. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is they agreed to have some of the vehicles issues rectified, but by no means can this be considered excellent condition, despite Karl trying to tell me that this is excellent condition in his eyes. Would not recommend!

I purchased a Red Toyota Yaris from Stevenage Motor Centre on 10/10/25, I visited the garage previously and was able to look around leisurely and had a chat with Carl. My son and I were able to test drive 2 cars and as it has been a long time since I purchased a car from a garage, I was very nervous as we all heard nightmare stories about the car industry and salesman. Unable to separate the two cars after a test drive, Carl spoke to us and gave some useful tips which helped with choosing the right vehicle for our needs. Since purchasing the vehicle I returned to the garage with couple very minor queries. What can a say what a competent salesman Carl is, within minutes both queries were answered and solution provided. Good job Carl and team.
