Custom Radon

Gage was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable, articulate and eager to clarify any questions I had. Our levels dropped from 12.4 to 0.7. It is always great to work with a contractor who you feel you can trust with your home. I recommend Custom Radon to anyone looking for Radon Mitigation.

Custom Radon Review We called Customer Radon to get an estimate to install a mitigation system as we had tested our home and discovered the levels were above 19 pCi/L. Gage came out the next day and gave us, what we thought was a very fair price. As it turned out Custom Radon was the lowest of three estimates we got. Gage was willing to spend some time with us and discuss our concerns and how we wanted the system to have minimal exterior visibility. We also wanted minimal interior visibility which Gage was able to accomplish by installing the vent stack in a basement closet then through the crawl space and through the garage along a beam that spans the garage then out through the garage fascia on the north side. The only thing visible on the outside of the garage is small vent pipe. We were very happy with Gage’s work and his willingness to meet our desire to make the system the least obtrusive. Gage guarantees his work and said he would come back as many times as it took to get our radon levels under the 4 pCi/L. Our post mitigation radon test, which Gage provided, came back at 5.5 pCi/L. After contacting Gage about our post mitigation test he was back the next day to install an upgrade fan. Gage was confident this would get us under 4 pCi/L. If not I have all the confidence Gage will continue to work with us until we achieve levels under 4 pCi/L. We are very happy with Custom Radon and the work Gage has done. We would highly recommend Custom Radon to anyone needing radon mitigation.
