From the very first interaction and initial conversations, she demonstrated her expertise of this industry and her commitment to a smooth, seamless process. She quickly gained our trust by providing sound advice balanced with friendly reminders that all of the decisions were ultimately up to us–and that she was there to support us no matter which direction we chose to go. Throughout several decision points we had to make, Kelly equipped us with useful information and offered objective guidance with the pro's and con's of each decision. We just kept thinking and saying out loud, "Wow–I'm so grateful we have Kelly to guide us through all of this." She is truly a servant leader who displays the values and character of someone you want to work with–especially if they're managing a huge investment of your money and time. As if these praises weren't enough, she is just an absolute JOY to be around. Especially as first-time home buyers, she constantly quelled any anxieties that arose. There was a particularly stressful part of our process toward the end (to no fault of Kelly's) and she kept us calm and collected to navigate those challenges smartly. I can't say enough about how incredible Kelly has been–in a highly competitive market, she got us our dream home along with several concessions that are the cherry on top of this whole experience. I cannot say enough good things about Kelly. She’s a rockstar who absolutely knows her stuff and is there for her clients. We had a particularly stressful close that required additional time and negotiation from her, and she was there every step of the way. She’s equal parts reassuring and honest, and we always knew that she had our best interest in mind. Kelly is a relationship builder, and it comes through in all her interactions: she’s a firm negotiator and advocate when she needs to be, but she always leads with kindness and connection. I wholeheartedly recommend Kelly; you won’t be disappointed!
