My husband is a Yorkshire man and is keen to support local businesses, therefore, he arranged for them to come and give us a quote, date and time booked. Waited in for three hours after the arranged time. They didn't bother to come or contact, and when we came home, still no call or note through the door to apologise. Very disappointed in this company, won't be contacting them again. So, to sum up. If you want an unprofessional company, who obviously doesn't feel you're even worthy of a call, or to come and give you a quote then this is the one for you. !

❌❌ Be very wary before using this company ❌❌ Bought bi-fold doors and had many problems that this company have not even been willing to discuss. They were not even willing to come to my home to inspect the doors. Am so very disappointed that I cannot use the doors as I imagined ie open them. I have tried to be reasonable and accommodating and their response has been to refer me back to the installer who no longer trades so what do you do? I just needed some help and advicbeen warned now❌❌ but all I got from my last e-Mail was a reply from someone who would not identify himself and USED SHOUTY CAPITAL LETTERS THAT WERE QUITE UPSETTING!!
