Lance was amazing to work with when designing and building our deck. He was so knowledgeable, transparent and meticulous. Our new deck is beautiful and is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. I would recommend Paradise Construction for any construction/remodel need. You won’t be sorry. In fact, we just contacted Lance for our bathroom remodel!

Over the past 50 plus years we have owned (built, repaired, rebuilt) 5 homes and various other farm and commercial buildings. In all that time never did we have as excellent an experience as we had in 2025 with Paradise Construction in the addition of a large screen porch and roof deck to our home. The project required the removal of existing decks, upgrades to the electric service and a slider installation. Lans handled all aspects smoothly: estimate, contract, permitting, demolition, foundation and construction. All aspects were handled flawlessly, with excellent communication. There were no surprises. Lans is a fine carpenter, a craftsman with great attention to detail. We couldn’t be happier with the process and the finished product. We are looking forward to the next project with Paradise Construction.
