I've used Steve's services now many times over the last 20 years. What you'll notice right away is that Steve is old school and he truly understands customer service. You have to in a small community if you want to run a successful business. His communication is great, he will do what he said he would do and will show up as he said. Not only does he get the job done correctly the first time, he takes the time to explain to you why the problem happened and even how the system works. This educates the customer to help avoid future issues. I've heard stories of Steve going way above and beyond to get a job done where other Septic Services would have certainly declined the job, such as spending hours removing bamboo plants from on top of a septic tank lid. That would be a nightmare! Prices are fair, service is excellent and Steve is a kind, caring and highly competent man that knows his trade inside and out. Can't recommend highly enough!

Steve literally saved the day when I needed him. Issues with old lines caused my business to have to close until repaired. He came down with his camera the same day I called and found the problem. He was fast, kind and friendly as well as affordable.

When we lived in Tillamook, Steve Stone was our go-to guy. He had to take our toilet out to find why it was plugged. A plastic cat flea comb had gotten into the plumbing. Geeze, I wonder how that happened (we had 3 kitties). He got it taken care of quickly. He also pumped our 5th wheel black and gray tanks when our park was having issues with the sewer system. He is professional, kind and he cares about his work and does an excellent job. We love this family and highly recommend his services. We live in La Pine now and we miss them! ❤️
