I think the service was good. I never done a coolant change obviously, nor seen it so I hope they knew what they were doing and the car was okay. Ill have to see soon of it really is fine but im gonna hope it works, so thanks.

I took my audi there for a simple oil change and they they put a wrong washer on the oil cap, all oil drained away within 24 hours and left a big mess in my garage. I took the car back to them for inspection and instead of admitting their mistake they blamed my car saying you need to change oil pan its leaking. Eventually i took my car to the dealership and they found out this place just put a wrong washer nothing else was car. I called joe back for a refund and all they said was a sorry and denied to give me a refund, so I disputed with my credit card company and interestingly they told them we didn’t do anything wrong and denied everything. I will not recommend this place to anyone, stay away if you love your car and value your money.
