They told me what was happening when and were able to get me a discount on my insurance because of upgrades they did. They were honest and trustworthy. I trusted them to know where a spare key was so they could go inside my house when I wasn't home and make the repairs that were necessary. They didn't do a quick job and then leave town. They were very thorough and have been around to make sure I was satisfied with the job they did. They brought several different things to the attention of the insurance company and the insurance company paid for those too. I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. I'm more than pleased with the job they did and would highly recommend them to anyone!
