Accent Marble & Granite

Used this company for my countertops in my new home and let me tell you these guys are rockstars! We wanted to incorporate Super white in our kitchen and marble in our master bath and we knew we wanted to use Accent for their expertise in marble and integrated sinks. Let me tell you it was a the best decision we could make! We are extremely happy with how everything turned out. From the quote to final installation Accent provided excellent service. The install crew was very clean and professional. If you’re in the market countertops Accent is your destination.

BEWARE!!! This business is not pleasant to work with. No customer service skills, no warranty on their products or installations, and they can’t take any accountability. I would give lower rating if I could. Read the other low rating reviews and you can see I’m not the only one. My counter is less than 2 years old. It has a crack in it. Susan said it’s not covered under warranty since it’s “obviously due to an impact”. To clarify, no one came to even look at the countertop. When I asked Susan how she was able to determine that, her response, “because we have been in business since 2004”. The crack starts at a corner (where they cut to fit the countertop in) and moves towards an area above the dishwasher (where the counter gets warm). A quick search suggests it’s not properly installed and when it warms up, it puts pressure on the weak area that can crack over time.
