I had been waiting for over 3 hours for roadside assistance because other towing companies cancelled. Once I was assigned V&L Towing I called them and let them know my situation and they sent Torres Jr. (sorry if I got the name wrong) immediately to me. He ended up arriving over a half hour earlier than estimated. Before I knew it. The car was picked up and I was where I need to be. Real nice people from the phones to the in-person service. Thank you all!!!
