Since I was lucky enough to find Zach and his services this past winter, I have invoked his help several times for all sorts of tasks. From what I have seen, Zach is highly skilled and experienced. And, when challenged with something new, has the discipline to figure it out and stick with it until it is done to a high standard. He is not satisfied with simply 'finished'. I have seen him rework something that did not end up fitting into his standard of high quality. I very much appreciate this in a service provider. Zach has performed a number of tasks on my behalf: - Plumbing. - Mounting items to drywall (TV | frameless mirror). - CUSTOM screen door with switchable screen and plexiglass inserts for all-weather back porch comfort. - Diagnosed a suspected in-wall leak/drip using an ingenious access method that did not require messing with drywall holes. I am highly impressed with the variety of skills that he has mastered and with the high quality of his work. In addition, in my experience Zach always does what he says he will - He keeps commitments and arrives on time and provides as much time as needed to do the work well. His fees are reasonable, especially considering the high quality and follow-through that Zach provides. Plus, he is pleasant and affable to be around. My garage door had a problem and would not stay closed. I contacted Zach last night at 8:00 (Sunday) and scheduled to come over at 8:30 Monday morning. He did also offer to come over Sunday night. He was able to quickly make the needed adjustments Monday and now working just fine. As always Zach is able to determine the issue and fix the problem. I highly recommend him and will continue to reach out again when I need help.
