This place was a great find. As soon as you step in you are transported away from the hustle and bustle and into a calm and relaxing environment. Well worth the visit if you're after a cold plunge or infra-red sauna. Private rooms and not overly busy communal areas like others. Staff are really friendly too. Haven't tried their massages but I'm sure they would be great too.

I had a great experience here after a long flight! I came in had a really nice chat with the staff before my briefing. The experience itself was great, very clean, with great mood lighting. I even connected to the Bluetooth speaker in the sauna, which helped me switch off when I was in the ice bath!
After the session all the stress from my long journey was gone, It felt like a reset. I’d love to include this place in my routine consistently.
