Yellow Cabs - Airdrie Taxi

Used for my WCB injury and he was already ready , Zohaib best driver of them all.

We arranged a taxi to take us to the airport. They arrived 10 minutes early. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and fit our two full-size suite cases. The driver was pleasant and drove safely.

The driver got the address wrong and arrived late. I was late for work. The car was dirty and had an unpleasant smell inside. I was promised a discount for being late, but I paid the full price and then no one talked to me. Disgusting service. I will try to never use this company's services again.

This company is very unprofessional and not reliable. I spoke with 3 agents to confirm our airport drop off. Then spoke with the driver 10 minutes before our pickup. Then instead of calling us and cancelling the driver just doesn't show and kept making excuses after I contact him. If you can't offer a service, then don't.....blows my mind that this company is in business still. Go with any other cab company. We actually just booked an uber for our pickup. Much better option that this unprofessional cab group.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I called and they said in 15 minutes. 20 mins went by and I called and he said another 5 minutes. He said this a bit too quickly after I complained that its been 20 minutes and although he had said 15, the taxi had not shown up yet. He said 5 more minutes, and I asked him "how come you know it will be 5 minutes so quickly" he said "the driver just texted me", but how did the driver know I had just called? I cant stand it when they treat you like you are stupid and lie, lie, lie!! why cant they just say, that there is too much traffic? that perhaps it will take longer than usual time? I can work with that, but lie and treating you like you are too dumb to hear the lie, man I cant stand that! When he answer me that the driver had texted him that he was almost here, I did told him if the cab was not here in those 5 minutes he just said, that I would call another taxi service. Now its been 15 minutes more since that last call and his famous "5 minutes" and I made the original call at 2:45, so over an hr and no taxi. TERRIBLE, cant stress enough, TERRIBLE service! I only give it 1 star and the reason for that is ONLY because otherwise I wouldn't be able to post my review......

Understanding bad weather but this service is the worse. They said 10-15 minutes and even after an hour no one shows up I kept calling them they say it’s right there around the corner 1-2 minutes and you will see, 15 minutes later no one shows up. They don’t give you right quote of time. If you’re getting late for work don’t rely on them and their promises.

I tried to call a taxi to take me basically from CrossIron Mills to Balzac RV Campground, which is maybe a 10 minute walk unfortunately I can’t walk it because there’s a vehicle bridges that doesn’t allow pedestrians on it so I have no choice but to call Taxi. they wanted to charge me $30 for the ride. I refused and tried to walk and almost got killed by a semi trying to cross that bridge.. Thank you so much Airdrie taxi. Your greed almost got somebody killed today. And I had to turn around and come back so I still can’t get home. I have no idea how I’m going to get home today.
