I got 5 quotes for a new furnace and AC and from the very beginning Jason stood out. Everyone else took measurements and was out within 15 minutes telling me to lookout for an email with estimates. Jason spent probably an hour in my tiny furnace room taking detailed notes and calling around for equipment deals. He gave me a great quote before he even left my house. This time and care continued throughout the process, as the emailed quote explained every step of the job so I knew exactly what I was getting for that price. The quote itself also stood out - it was tied for lowest cost, but with better equipment and a labor warranty no other company offered, in addition to being the most detailed and thoughtful quote I received. Day of install, Jason spent the whole day into the night making sure everything was perfect. He fixed wiring, installed a surge protector, and even put in a special trap and easy access port for the condense pipe! I have been so impressed with the whole process that they’ve earned a customer for life.
