I'd like to give less than one star because of all the issues my mother had with them during her tenancy in Wetaskiwin such as Privacy issues (a man standing in her suite when she exited the washroom), not "allowed" to park on the street (owned by the County), told to keep her bedroom window closed, blatant rudeness and charged TWICE for carpet cleaning. They want the old run down carpets cleaned by one company only! They did it to my 84 year old mom! This clause is not legal and should not be on their lease to begin with. Highly DO NOT recommend!!

Very professional company. I love their cleanliness in the apartment and making sure everything is well maintained. I would recommend Blackmud for others who are looking for a nice and clean place to live in.
