Redline Crane delivered outstanding service from start to finish. Their team arrived on time, fully prepared, and handled the entire lift with precision and professionalism. The operators clearly knew what they were doing and made safety their top priority throughout the job. Communication was excellent — they explained every step, double-checked measurements, and made sure we were comfortable with the plan before beginning. Pricing was fair, scheduling was easy, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Redline Crane is dependable, skilled, and truly takes pride in their work. Highly recommended for any crane or heavy-lifting needs.

Operator was awesome. He was efficient and had some tips that he shared with the crew. However, when they pulled the truck up onto the property there was no thoughtfulness to what they may damage. Driver drove right through the middle of a city sidewalk, which was where the street drain was and collapsed the concrete over it. A little thoughtfulness would have avoided this all together. Throw some supports under the concrete and that’s it. No issue. When they were confronted about the issue the officer said “we are not responsible for anything”. While we understand we are responsible for our property, when they are on public property we are not as the consumer. Just know, if there is any hiccup, Redline does not take any responsibility whatsoever ever. Great at their job, but if they do something stupid or careless, that’s on you as the consumer.
