At first this experience was great everyone seemed nice, i like the simple set up here . Unfortunately it cost me sooo much more to deal with them than I thought I would save . First i asked for the 574 with 10k trailer package that had a grapple 3rd function and Bush hog but I asked to remove grapple and Bush hog and just add tiller which cost a little more which I agreed . After getting there the tractor was loaded on a 7k trailer I asked the salesmen if this trailer was heavy duty enough for this tractor he said yes even with the 900lbs tiller ? He again confirmed this trailer was heavy enough saying the tractor only weight about 4k . " its over 5k with cab ." After getting home I unloaded tractor and the ramps began to bow under the weight . At this point I triple checked and was sure this was not right. I was over 1,000 lbs overweight on the trailer while having a cdl I drove 5hrs after being told it was fine not only was this deceptive but it was a safety risk and I was mad at myself for not triple checking while there but I thought these guys do this everyday they gotta know especially after I asked twice to confirm . I called Smith and got the run around for about two weeks stating i would need to return the trailer and pay a twelve hundred.Dollar fee to get the larger trailer. I told them absolutely not.I did not have time to do a ten hour round trip. For their mistake, they would need to deliver the trailer to me.And I would pay for the delivery. They agreed on that and then kept changing that they couldn't do it.And that I would need to meet them. But I would still have to pay. I finally set up a day and agreed upon $500 to do the swap. Schedule some appointments down south to make it work better for me. And after showing to the location i call to confirm that they were on their way and was told they couldn't have a driver there. They would need to do it another day. Here. I am 3 hours from home with a trailer. I told them absolutely not. And within an hour they said, fine. We'll have somebody there. Finally, had someone meet up with me at a gas station with the correct trailer. The guy that brought me the trailer even said it's crazy that they would have sent you down the road with that small of a trailer and with that big of a tractor on it. After inspecting the new trailer, I noticed there was a grease cap missing off the trailer already. There was already some scratches and dings in it. I didn't really care. But once I started hook up to the trailer, the driver said that the owner Mr. Smith said that I would need to pay an extra $100 If I wanted the ramps that went to that trailer. that is extremely petty to charge an extra 100. After all that and never even saying anything about the ramps.Until then, I paid the extra hundred dollars to end the frustration. Now comes the final straw and why this post is being made. I went to do my 50 hour service as I bought all the filters and everything at Smith. While I was there to complete the 50 hour service, told them to make sure I had everything. So that I could do the service as far as filters. I changed all the fluids, and when I go to change the large hydraulic filter, it's the wrong size. And doesn't fit and of course I have already drained all of my hydraulic fluid out. So I had to refill it with new hydraulic fluid and use the old filter until I can get a new one. And then, I'm gonna drain it all again. Which is costing me time and more money . At this point I cannot recommend nor do business with this company which is a shame hope they do better or im just a one off which is just Unfortunate ...

Couldn't have asked for an easier experience. Miguel was very helpful walking me through advantages and disadvantages of different options. He was very forthcoming with if I actually needed certain options for my use case and what would be required if I wanted to add things later. He also took the time to walk me through what issues arise requiring service and how to avoid them. As busy as he is I'm very impressed with how much time he spent walking me through various scenarios. The "back office" really stepped up to get the paperwork completed with great respect for my time. I feel very fortunate they are so close to me as I shopped a very large area and would have bought from them even if they were hours away.
