Called this plumbing company and was shocked at how rude the guy on the phone was. I explained my issue, and instead of helping, he called me a baby for not being able to diagnose where the water was leaking from, and even made some comment about getting a woman to do it for me. Absolutely unprofessional and insulting. Avoid this company if you value basic respect.
