Disappointing stay with multiple issues Where do I even begin? This hotel was a letdown from start to finish. The room: The shower constantly dripped (annoying all night), the door lock didn't work properly (not exactly a comforting feeling), and the sheets looked like they'd seen better days—definitely time for replacements. Also, no snacks available, which would've been nice after a long day. The vibe: Look, it's on the Grand Concourse, so you kinda get what you pay for. This is the kind of place where you go if you want to lay low and not have people asking too many questions. That said... The experience: Staff was rude and unhelpful when issues came up. And let's not forget—cops were called to another guest's room during our stay. Not exactly the peaceful environment you hope for. Overall, I'd say just don't go here. There are better options even on a budget.
