I engaged with Frandocs, a sister company of Signature Franchising, in June of 2018 to advertise. In Dec of 2018 I cancelled my ad renewal in perpetuity, and received a credit for the upcoming Jan-June 2019 billing cycle. However, unbeknownst to me, Frandocs continued to bill my credit card again in June 2019 and Dec 2019, and yet again in June of 2020. I did not realize this until very recently. When I contacted them, they did issue a refund for the June 2020 billing but would NOT issue a refund for the 2 previous unauthorized billing periods claiming they didn't have the systems in place to do so. Via email, THEY ACTUALLY ACKNOWLEDGED IT WAS THEIR ERROR! Here is a the exact verbiage from their email..... "We are sorry that this happened, but it was a computer error, and has never happened before. This is the very first incident of this kind and that is why our investigation took so long"….. So they said they would mail me a check instead, which was fine by me. I never received the check! So I contacted them once again. Despite this admission of THEIR error, they only offered a "free" 6-month advertising period instead. I have tried numerous times to resolve this amicably, to no avail. They are now not even responding. I would NEVER recommend advertising, or doing ANY business with Signature Franchising, Frandocs, or any of their other subsidiaries.
