What seemed to be a reasonably decent auto repair experience instantly turned south when I asked the proprietor to correct the damage they had caused due to carelessness and poor workmanship. They refused to correct the damage because the car is "fifty years old". Are you kidding me ??? Obviously, Customer Satisfaction is of the lowest priority here.
While your response is all cute and pretty, the truth of the matter is: ANY responsible business would correct their sloppy errors caused by carelessness and inexperience. The age of the vehicle is irrelevant, whether it be a fifty year old car or a hundred year old car. Anybody with half a clue knows you don't damage a customers property and just expect them to be okay with it. HELLO!! Or try to lie your way out of it , like you did. I will never waste any more of my time and money on your products or services, and I will continue to warn all I know of your blatant irresponsibility. Unbelievable!!
